Code of Conduct

At The Seasons Art Class we are committed to providing a positive, safe and inspiring environment for all students. Our team pledges to create an inclusive environment and can reasonably adapt to each student who wants to learn art.

All students will be treated with respect, dignity and equality regardless of their artistic experience, age, gender, race or sexual orientation.

Every organiser, tutor and assistant is expected to act professionally, set an excellent example and uphold the highest standards of care and conduct at all times.

We share responsibility for creating a nurturing, supportive and inspiring environment. Professional boundaries, respectful communication and prompt reporting of concerns protect both our students and our staff. By upholding these standards, we ensure that The Seasons Art Class remains a trusted and positive space for artists to learn and grow.

Every Seasons Art Class student is expected to adhere to our code of conduct throughout the duration of the course, and including any correspondence.

 Behaviour code for Students

All students who attend are expected to contribute positively to the atmosphere and environment in class, for the safety and enjoyment of everyone.

Students are required to demonstrate respect and kindness towards the teaching team, organisers and to their fellow students. Any verbal or physical abuse, swearing, signs of bullying, unkind or inappropriate behaviour either in class or via any other method of communication will not be tolerated.

The Franchisee or their nominated representative reserves the right to manage the class environment in a way that protects the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all students. Where any behaviour, discussion or activity is considered inappropriate, disruptive or contrary to the spirit of the class, the student may be asked to modify or cease such behaviour. Failure to comply may be treated as a breach of this Code of Conduct.

Students must use materials and equipment respectfully and responsibly.

Consuming alcohol in class, or arriving to class under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. This also applies to illegal substances. If alcohol is permitted, for example at an end of term event or celebration, it must be consumed in moderation.

Any behaviour, be it physical or verbal which breaches our code of conduct,  will or can result in termination of the contract to provide art lessons. In the case of behaviour which is deemed extreme or threatening, the place can be withdrawn immediately and without prior warning. The organisers decision on any such matters is final.
