A Structured Onboarding Journey

Our staged onboarding process is designed to help franchise owners launch with confidence, supported by experienced leadership, established systems and a proven framework every step of the way.

Stage One

Your journey begins with confirming your territory using specialist mapping software, alongside an overview of the launch process. We help establish the core business setup and provide access to the Seasons Art Class intranet, where key systems and resources are housed.

Stage Two

You receive access to the operations manual, covering bookings, marketing guidance, tutor recruitment support, and venue-finding advice. This stage is designed to help you feel organised and prepared ahead of launch.

Stage Three

Franchisees attend a two-day residential training programme focused on curriculum delivery, student experience, and class management. We then provide pre-course materials, marketing assets, website listings, and reporting guidance to prepare for launch.

Stage Four

Ongoing support continues throughout your launch period and beyond. This includes weekly guidance emails, direct leadership contact, student number check-ins, royalty reporting support, practical resources, and real-time assistance whenever needed.
